In English

With the 27.2 software updates (iOS 27.2 reached Japanese users in the early hours of Oct 27, Japan time), Apple launched "Siri AI", an all-new, more conversational version of Siri, in Japanese, along with French, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. It is a beta. It can answer questions on any topic, find relevant info in your messages, email and photos, understand what's on screen, and take actions inside apps, such as drafting an email. It works on iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max, iPhone 16 and later, iPhone Air and iPhone Duo (plus Apple Intelligence iPads and Macs, e.g. M1 or later), with Apple Intelligence on and both the device and Siri set to Japanese. It isn't available to users under 13, in the EU on iOS, or in mainland China, and features that use Apple's server models have a daily usage cap. The English beta started Sept 14.
