Say it out loud
Tomorrow at 3 p.m. you learn a client call will run past 6. Call the daycare: say sudden overtime has come up, ask for 延長保育 until 7:30 tonight only (今日だけのスポット利用), and ask if there's still space.（ので・〜だけで・〜ていただけますか）
Tell your wife after work: you used spot extended care until 7, it was ¥400 for one hour, and next time you'll call earlier if you can.（スポット利用・料金はいくらですか・ので）
At lunch, agree with a coworker about the blue-ticket news: phone-riding was about 40%, Tokyo had the most, accidents went down vs last year — maybe along with the new rules.（青切符・ながら運転・〜に伴って・〜に比べて）
YOUR TURN
（の、で）：「チン、もまでの？は？」 Answer in 3–4 sentences: say yes, you have overtime (のがあるので); you already asked for extended care until 7 (・ていただけますか); it's spot use for today only (だけの); and ask if he saw the bicycle news — ながら was the top reason.
